The best treatment for the corners???

Hi, I've read some options to treat the corners:

panels of 703 with space behind them...



hangers covered with insulation...



but,
wich one is the best for a small room (2,9m x 3,8m x 2,4m) to treat the bass frequencies??

I can't imagine you have room for the type of treatment shown in the lower photo!
