Advice on outlets planing

What about this outlet plan?? All the outlets must reach the ground? Sound electric outlets are made by pairs( two outlets in the same box).

look at the plans and give me advice please

Sorry. I remember seeing the post, got distracted w/ work and forgot to come back.

I've attached your drawing w/ some proposed locations for outlets. The ones on the wall between the CR/LR would be surface mounted w/ conduit.

Sorry for crude drawing. Had to use MS Paint.
