Halogen bulbs

Are these bad? I'm measureing a fair amount of 60hz at the input of an AD16x - I have a system that will play 60hz easily and I'm not really hearing it in real world recordings but I would rather it not be there.

I plan to run a seperate line in soon for the audio stuff but for now I am just wondering how to deal with what I have. Thanks-

Are they on some type of dimmer? If so, yeah, they'll sing.
