log in problems

Every once and a while, I can't log in. Basically I log in like normal, but in stead of logging me in, it just brings me to the log in screen again. Normally, it only lasts a few hours, but this is going on 3 days now. Anyone have any clue why?

Thanks for looking into it John. After all the trouble and days of not being able to log in, a reboot fixed the problem. I was using a limited time demo of a program that only had a few times left on it, so I was having to hold off on rebooting until I finished some things. Odd but true.
