Addled in Arlington - home studio

Can anyone recommend someone who can come and consult me in person on my home studio in Arlington, VA?

I have bass translation issues and flutter issues and I'm about to start tracking an album.

I don't have a clue how to make a diagram of my studio in software and upload it to this site, otherwise I'd be asking for help from you smart chaps here.
