What do you guys think about using this fabric for wrapping OC703 panels?

It it cheaper than Guilford of Maine stuff.

You don't need fancy "acoustically transparent" fabric to cover 703. If the material absorbs a little on its own, no harm is done.
For covering 703 that will absorb high frequencies, any reasonably soft porous fabric is fine. Just avoid shiny dense materials like silk and synthetic equivalents. If the goal is bass trapping, then even shiny reflective cloth is fine because lows pass right through it.
