Hi Everyone :
I have a bit of a dilemma.
I've built my new studio in the basement of my home and have installed French doors between the Control Room and the Recording Room. The problem lies at the bottom of the door where I'm trying to figure out a proper door sweep which effectively seals the bottom of the door.
Being a basement floor, it is anything but level. As the door opens, the outside edge of the door gets closer and closer to the floor. As the door closes, the gap between the bottom of the door increases at the outside edge leaving a gap of 1" !
I vaguely remember an ad or web site for a professional door sweep that descends downward as the door closes. Anyone remember the name of the company and/or a link.
Anyway, any ideas would be much appreciated. At a loss over here.
"Pro" Door sweeps ?

OOPS, forgot to tell you this. The seals you refer to usually require a set of cam lift hinges I believe, which also require a special "ramped" threshold. But this would probably work also, but you would have to level the threshold no matter what.

The threshold itself is pretty level. It's the floor that rises away from the door. The bottom of the door had to be cut to allow for the floor rising.
The cam lift hinge seal is the thing that I'm looking for. Anyone have a link ?
Thanks for the pdf etc...It'll work if the cam thing doesn't offer a better/easier alternative.
