soundproofing /(wall sections)

Hello,
can anyone tell me exactly what is needed in a wall for soundproofing, show me to picture of a wall section or point me in the right direction.

Read the "complete section" sticky at the top of the forum. You can also check out the my thread "floating floor over basement concrete". It's got more than just floors, it has lots of good info too.
