Hi there,
I'm building a control room in my basement and have a question:
Is this considered as a triple leaf?
-Concrete (ground floor) / XPS (extruded polystyrene) / OSB / Parquet underlay / Parquet (quickstep)
What would you recommend between the OSB and the parquet?
There's more details about my studio project here if needed:

Cheers,
Sam

No, that's not really a triple leaf system, because the insulation is polystyrene, which is closed-cell.
The main thing is to make sure that there's no air gaps inside that floor, in any of the layers.

Use whatever the manufacturer of the parquet recommends. What would you recommend between the OSB and the parquet?
