Not very good at all for low frequency absorption, I'm afraid! Compare that with the specs for plain old OC-703:

The highlighted line is ordinary unfaced 703, 4" thick. As you can see, it is many times better than this cellulose product you mentioned.

It would have some uses, certainly: For example, of you needed something to specifically absorb the high mids without the lows or highs too much, then this would be a good product for that. But pretty useless for bass traps or wall cavity damping.
