I stumbled on this site the other day

They have some great models that come prewired and some D-sub 25 pin for use with Pro Tools and Apogee style connections.

Have you checked Mr. Patchbay's prices ?? They're often second hand, but I've heard nothing but good from him: http://home.flash.net/~motodata/patchbays/right.html

(that said I've got 4 144point TT's off eBay.com for $50/piece - used, but clean)

I have very specific rear panel connection needs and Audio Accessories can build them that way.
