You said your budget was 15k... did you spent that or a little more?

No suggestions here -- I'm not really "the layout guy." I just wanted to say that the photos are fascinating. You live in some beautiful country. I really look forward to seeing more progress.

I find it interesting how the roof line of the new building extends out over the existing building. Are the two buildings connected in any way? Or is that just to protect the area between the buildings from rain and such?

I don't mean to take focus off of your questions.

In the design it doesn't look like there are any double walls with air gap between the rooms... am I missing something?

Did you make acoustic hangers in your studio? I'm in Slovenia, and am really struggling to find suitable material to build hangers from.
Do they make Low density fiber board here?

In my opinion, this would be a nice studio. By the way, how long it took to complete that studio? does in the studio already installed sound insulation to muffle the noise?
