Just thought I would pass this link along. It shows a detailed construction schedule (among other things) for a house. While a great deal of it may not apply to your studio construction, it does give some insight into how long things normally take ('normally' is well caveated on the page). It also may help you to remember things to include in your project that you haven't thought of.

Of course, the schedule is one company's or person's opinion, so take it for just that. But I don't see anything with which I radically disagree. BTW, if you try to cut-n-paste into an MS Project file, you will get some errors because of a couple of missing lines (23,24). But it can be done. :)
p.s. I searched before I posted to see if this had already been shown. Forgive me if I missed it.

"...for a 6,000 square foot custom home"
We had a 400 sq. ft. bath remodel last year, lady asked me, "how long is this going to take?" "Oh maybe two months. Demo goes fast, then it slows down while plumbers, electricians rough in and any unforeseen issues are taken care of."
Lady said "Paul can do it in an hour!"
"Who is Paul?" I asked.
"He has that flip this house show on tv." she replied."
Luckily she had a sense of humor and was kidding:)
