I have some left over MLV (1/8" 2lbs. per sq/ft) and was wondering if i could you that as a substitute for the rubber seal specfied in Rod's book. (Double wall window) I'm worried it is too stiff and might transmit vibration. If not, what thickness of rubber should I use and where would you get something like that. Thanks, Louie

Louie - it should be fine - just leave it slightly limp in between the walls. Rod
Thanks Rod. Your book has been invaluable during my studio build. I'll be sure to post a review on Amazon. Louie
