Recording/Teaching studio

Hi all, brand new to the forum so hopefully I ain't breaking any rules. I am having a house built along with a detached 21'x21' Garage. I am trying to find a good design for a studio with a waiting room because I teach guitar and bass for a living and need a small waiting for the folks to hang out while I corrupt their children with the devils music. There will be plumbing available and would like a small bathroom by the waiting room. I would like a control room, a vocal booth and possibly a drum booth as well but I am not sure how it would all fit. Anyone have any groovy ideas? check out Dan Scott's thread in the construction forum. it was designed with a lounge as well as booths.
