Deluks, Hello!
Thanks for the comment.
We’re still waiting for a quote on the Sipcrete, and the build (for the exteriors that is), although a member of the family is offering his services, so hopefully it won’t be full whack  .
And yes, we are very aware of building regs, cheers.
As far as getting rid of the old structure, we’re going to put it on ebay, and see if someone wants to take it away, then remove the old base, as this obviously won’t do for the new build.
Cheers

Have you guys made friends with the owner of the "Large field" area yet?
Looks like your going to need them on your side to accommodate large trucks moving product in and out of your build area.
Especially if you have a slab to remove and a new one to place.
Good luck though,
Good Point.
Maybe a bottle of something for christmas, to get him on the right side early
Hi Guys,
Here's a plan i've drawn with double walls.
The interior walls shall be dry wall, but for this picture all walls are 100mm, with a 100mm gap
It's making the Vocal Booth very small....?
Any ideas?
(sorry for the large picture, if i make 800 wide you can't read the dimensions. i will if i must thou)
maybe join the 2 small rooms into one to have a reasonable size
Hi glenn,
Could...
Although we'd really like a Drum booth, Vocal booth, and live room...
this is what tradeoffs are all about... maybe expanding the size of the interior space would give you that and reduce the size of the outside walkway.
Hi,
Hopefully we can expand,
We’ll see in Jan when we can finally clear a load of the stuff out.
Oh, and by the way, I have Rod’s book on order! :) Can’t wait to get stuck into that! :D
I’ve drawn another design, excluding the toilet and vestibule.
The Control has been moved into the smaller end (same shape and size, but the contents are the other way round) will that be ok?
I’ll post a picture when I’ve correctly drawn the angles
Cheers
