silencing aircon system

Hi Ive just entered a partnership in an existing studio. I am currently do a refit of equipment and some construction modifications etc. The current air conditioning system leaks alot of sound from one room to another (it doesnt have any type of sound isolation boxes etc.) What are the best ways to make sound isolation boxes and what other measures can be taken to improve isolation between the rooms. Ive been on here before......but i forgot my ID :( sorry Ive looked at the stickys and also did a search............didnt find too much info probably cos im a bit stupid (thats why im a sound engineer) So any direction or threads would be much appreciated. cheers Anj

Okay fair enough, I know some chaps have build a silencer recently. Check the actual studio-build threads here. I won't do the search for you in this case. Maybe those men could point out the build in of such silencer in their own thread or anything. Sorry for not providing exact links
