New Studio - From Scratch - Please help!!!

Hello... My name is Cnote, and I am in the investor relations stage of my development, but need a model to show my investor before he invests. Please help. I don't have dimensions as we will be building from scratch, but need at least a rough draft, and I am new to Google Sketch up. Learning it, but I notice there are some talented designers on this forum, and wondered if someone could help make a model..... Here is what we are looking for: Standalone building We would like a 7 room multimedia facility with a receptionist area, 2 recording rooms with an adjoining isobooth, a mixing and video editing room, an entertainment room complete with dancefloor and bar, and a room built for a classroom with 10 student modules. We want the studios to mirror each other and have adjoining isobooth. Like I said, we don't have any other specifics, so any help you can provide would be appreciated....I have attached a rough sketch. Thank you

any ideas on approx size? is it 1,000sqft? 10,000sqft?
