windows vs. room

heyho, after browsing this place for a while I need to ask for some specific advice by the pros. the room pictured below is meant to become a control room in the first place. i have no clue how to treat the window side of the room, especially since the windows are not located in the center:

I actually wanted to face the windows when mixing, but I guess this is the acoustically better solution - just asking myself how to treat the rear:

to make this a little more difficult :oops: I would love to place a small booth somewhere in the room if possible - just big enough to put a guitar/bass cab inside to do some overdubs/reamping. and yes, a couch of course. :D hope I met the forum rules. thank you guys!

put the couch on the back wall and use heavy drapes over the windows.
