room layout

Hi everybody. new in this forum. i'm spending the last months reading and reading all your post! i'm really close to buy a new space for my recording studio. i mix -and record everything from strings to drum ...i'm in trouble with the room layout because i don't want to wast every single Meters! i've tried to draw with sketchup free the layout the measure and the proportion are in meters. it's a room it's in a basement with neighbourd over the ceiling. any suggestion it's welcome. hope i've made everything right

you should read the stickie called "read me before posting" and include the necessary details as well as the room diagram.
