Looking for a few skilled builders in NYC

I'm looking for a few skilled builders to put together a high-end audio post suite, consisting of two control rooms, with a shared vocal booth in midtown NYC. I have a good budget; but will only work with skilled builders. Project starts building end of November, and should be done by Christmas.
