Inside out wall construction

Due to space constraints I'm thinking about doing an inside out wall construction as outlined here: http://www.saecollege.de/reference_material/pages/Walls.htm do you build the wall flat on the ground and then erect it? it says something about modular construction but it doesn't really detail how to do it. seems to me with two or three layers of sheetrock a 15ft by 8ft wall gets a bit heavy to lift.. is a wall like this equally affective as a wall build the normal way? thanks!
