Layout for pre-built w/ toilet. SKP Included.

Hey. Im also looking to transfer two joining rooms within my house into a small studio. Id like to have the bigger space as the live room, with the joining room to be a control room. There is no need for any isolation booths, simply just a live and control room. I record mainly 5 peice bands maximum. There would be normally no more than me and 3 other people in the control room. Would the toilet affect the live room sound or cause any interferance? Would it be best to put up a seperate wall to seperate the toilet more from the live room? Budget is not a problem.
