I'm considering the purchase of a 28x48 cedar barn that has a second floor. The first floor has 10ft ceiling. We were considering taking out the second floor above the live room area. The barn also has 2 other rooms attached. One is 20x30 with a 12ft ceiling and another is 20x20 with a 10 footer. I'm going to measure the barn again this week. I just downloaded sketchup and wanted some intial advice. I haven't purchasd the property yet and wanted some ideas regarding layout. Thanks,
Tim
