[b]Hello all, I need help with my control room acoustics. First the dimensions, Front wall is 6.5 ft left wall is 11 ft right wall is 6 ft and leads to an Lshape. back wall is 10 ft. I plan on braodband in the corners and a panel of some sort in the front wall. Also want a cloud of some sort on the ceiling. any suggestions would be great. I am hoping for a DIY project. Using 703/705/mineral wool. My control desk is 4 ft wide so i have barely 1 ft to either front corner. I want to know if this width is enough for my corner units. Also want to know the size of the panels for the front and side walls as far as thickness. Thanks all
you could build your corner traps to fit the space. use cloth covered 703 absorbers standing up and straddling the corners as best as possible. don't forget the wall-floor and wall-ceiling are corners as well.
