New Studio being built

After many talks with people I have decided to build my studio in 2 phases. In short---I was going to split the 28 X 16 room into control and tracking room. After some meetings with friends and peers I have decided to make the 28 X 16 room the control room and then build a tracking room next to or add-on Here is existing layout for the control room building. http://www.shutupandplay.com/studio2_frame.htm Please feel free to give any suggestion to layout of the new control room. In addition for phase two I will be building the tracking room addition to the west side of the building. Because this building will be buildt from scratch I can account for the sound up front and build accordingly. I will be drawing up and sharing my plans please feel free to give suggestions and feedback on any of this. (HVAC Unit is a mitsubitshi ductless system that will be installed on the north end of the existing building---This unit will allow a 2 to 1 configuration so the cooling for the second building will be easily added once phase two starts.

My apologies. I have updated my location, I thought this was done already but I was mistaken. If anyone is game I would love to talk about layouts and plans for this studio being built. I have built about 5 studios in my lifetime and each one gets a little better but this time I really want to create a top notch facility. I have the location, atmosphere and soon world class studio.
