Is this legal? How many code violations can you spot?

I had my electrical service panel replaced and moved outside. I'm no electrician, but none of this looks legal to me. What do I do with the holes in the wall?

I think that third picture from the top could get the electrician in question jail time!!!! That is just unacceptable brother. Jagged metal edges, no conduit at this entry area, bare ground ready to ground out to the structure....looks rough man:) Holes in the wall are the least of it in my ho:) Brien
Did the so-called electrician even understand what it was you were trying to accomplish?
put in a stop payment on your check to this person and find a real electrician to re-do it. this is serious bad work not to mention probably dangerous as there's no telling what was done behind the walls - which sort of begs the question - why not remove sections of the wall to install the wiring, have it inspected, and then replace it?
Well, I had the owner come out and look at his employee's work today. He agreed it wasn't right, and he'll be out on Monday to fix it himself. I told him I had two concerns: to be safe and to be soundproof- in that order. So it looks like this will be taken care of. Thanks for your concern guys. Oh yeah, I haven't paid a dime yet, so I'm good in that regard...if it came down to it, I ws going to hire someone else to fix it and bill him...
SD! You seem to be having an undeserved spell of bad luck, my friend, what with the concrete pour and the 'Good help is hard to find' thread. For my two cents on this one, nothing short of "bloody disgraceful" . Re-do, reimbursements, court action, whatever it takes to get to where you should be. I, like others, wish you well. regards Lou 8)
Thanks Lou...this would be a lot easier if I had friends like yours, that's for sure!
