Hi,
I am looking to start cutting the slats for my resonators and hoped someone could look at my calculations and plans and let me know if i'm heading in the right direction. I have attached a drawing of the space and a copy of my calculations
My idea is to have:
Unit 1 cover frequencies from 138 to 280
Unit 2 cover frequencies from 156 to 318
unit 3 cover frequencies from 183 to 377
Unit 4 cover frequencies from 233 to 488
Unit 5 cover frequencies from 377 to 647
Unit 6 cover frequencies from 494 to 766
Does this look sensible :?:, or should i make each box more tuned and say let unit 1 tackle Frequencies from 100 to 200 unit 2 from 200 to 300 and so on.
Any Help/advice is greatly appreciated
cheers
Alan
Please check my helmholz calculations!

another option is to mix it up. you can divide the wells behind the resonators and use the upper and lower sections for low frequency control and the middle section for mids. this way you're taking advanage of the corners of the room (wall-wall, and wall-ceiling) for bass trapping, and the middle section at roughly ear height for mids and the diffusion the more open slats will provide.
consider also, instead of have the corner trapped as you have it, instead, making the corner as shown below - this will give you move depth than simply staddling the corner without significant reduction in useable space.
