Hi guys, just a quick question, I'm building some portable traps using 3" rockwool and was wondering what type of cloth material you would recommend to cover them with, bearing in mind health & safety issues - I know this stuff can be pretty nasty, fibres escaping etc. Somebody recommended any polyester based material, but I thought I'd double-check with the professionals! :D Any help would be gratefully received. Cheers, Colin.

Colin, Any of the 701 fabrics from Guilford woud be fine - and any fabric you wanted that is breathable from a local supplier would be fine - once they're covered with anything - the health and safety issues (which, before they are covered, is just that the pesky critters can irritate the hell out of you) are all gone.......... a lot of studios just use burlap......... BTW - whatever you use - make sure to use a fire retyardant to treat it if it isn't protected at the factory..... Rod
