I had been wondering where all your hair went, gullfo -- now we know -- it was being saved up for you new baby! ;-)
She's adorable, man! :-) You must be just in awe......
So, whaddya say you arrange the marriage to Leo? The good thing about that is you can also arrange the year - I figure you'd pick 2040, 2045...? ;-)
Congratulations again...

when my children were born all I go was nail gauges in my arms. :)
I never saw anything
to treat pain in delivery: modern pharmaceuticals 8)
seriously though, eating right and vitamins, sleep, plenty of liquids, music and talking the baby, and everything should be fine. this is number 3 for us and while the first one was completely new to us, so were each of the others... read up on birthing and nursing, and we'll expect photos ;-)
no fear. babies are fun...
of course you spend the first 3 years teaching them to walk and talk, and the next 15 years telling them to sit down and shut up :-)
:) :) :)
When my first daughter was born, we believed we were the perfect parents.
Everything went smooth, she slept when and where she was supposed to.
We read stuff as "Parents from now (but than Dutch version)", books from "Dr. can't remember his name" were in, so-called handling all growing-up problems and solutions.
My wife was a paramedic, having daily contact in the huge hospital she worked with every pro adviser she wanted to consult.
 Hence we were good ....., so good and mature. Model parents ...
 Then my second daughter was born.
What we mainly learned from this, is that we only were very lucky with the first one, no model parents. No book or consult could give us the answers.
It's like she declared war to us/the world from the first moment. My ears still hurt, sleep became a questionable event. My wife and myself lived often close to exhaustion.
And there never was and is nothing wrong with her. She just had her way to learn about and interact with the world.
And her way resulted in a beautiful, intelligent and very creative women.
I'm really proud on both. But one doesn't have everything in his own hands.
My wife and I would go to the local town and check into the local motel when the baby was due. We lived down a long steep dirt road and didn't want to get stuck if it rained and turned the road into sludge.
The babies (the 3 from this marriage) all arrived on time around 10pm at night for some reason. I would then pick up my wife the next day and take her home with the new baby.
The babies all slept with us in our bed when we got home from the hospital. My wife would breast feed on demand, sometimes she'd wake up in the morning not remembering having fed in the night. As they grew they were slowly moved out to an adjacent cot that sat next to the bed. Once they were happy with the cot we slowly moved the cot further and further away.
It was a great system, very happy content babys.
cheers
