Help with noise from second floor to first floor

Hello !!! i need help how to get no noise from my floor studio (2nd plant) i having little noise in my house (1st plant) i use 6" insolation / (2) 3/4 playwood panel / and the finish floor. i get low frequ. in the first plant ( not much ) thanks any sugestions Rolando Alejandro
