help in studio design, please

hi! i recently discovered this site and been reading much since then. it,s superb :D i have a little problem i design so i decided to ask for help here. my room is 3,9m x 4m and height is 2,4m. all walls are concrete, theres a carpet on the floor. i will record el. and acoustic guitar, bass, drumms and vocals (in wont be all at once because of small space). in control room will be mixer, pc, krk's nearfields and some rack equipment. as you can see on the picture the red part should stay unchanged. i want to split the other room. what is the best solution for this? would be very happy if someone help me with design or gave me a link with similar room. i have wood and all materials and i'm ready to start but don't have a design. thnanks alot

you could try this. a CR with a small vox booth. use inside-out walls all around and slat resonators. make the back wall of the CR absorptive.
