I'm building a studio in Brooklyn starting mid-July. Wondered if any of you have had any good experiences with local contractors/electricians?
I'm building a room-within-a-room on the 5th floor of a solid concrete warehouse. On a pretty tight budget - around 10 -15k.
Any help or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
