Kinectics noise wood frame ceiling hanger????

HI Im in the Chicagoland area, and I'm thinking about using this product for my ceilings in my basement, I'm thinking it will work better than rc channes or clips because I have my pipes etc hanging lower than my joists in certain areas of my ceiling. Yup, those are they. I think either would be fine... Just be sure to study the specs carefully to ensure proper loading.
