One Room layout confusion

Ok, I have this space... 20ftx30ft with 12 ft ceilings. I'm gonna build some little booths and stuff but I'm not sure where I should be monitoring from. I can monitor in a corner and use the opposite wall for artist space or vice versa, using the corner for drums or bass or whatever and the opposite wall as my monitoring end. I'll be recording all manner of music so versatility is gonna be kind of important if that factors into it. Either way I choose I will of course pay close attention to acoustics (absorbtion and bass trapping.) included are a couple of truly wicked drawings
