recording studio design - cultural scene

hello, my name is Guy. im new here. im writing a decertation about psychiological factors which exist in the Production of Music in the Recording Studio Environment - getting the right vibe in studios. one of my main topics is studio design as i suggest that it can affect the general vibe of the session and therefore the outcome of the record. I was hoping that someone would be able to direct me to some literature about cultural scenes (genres) and the participants' preferences in regards to reocrding studio workspace and design?? thank you very much!! hoping to hear from any one soon... :)
