New Control Room Shape

Situation: Private rural So-Cal studio, Med-large, Music recording 22' long, 19.5' at the widest Previous thread: http://www.johnlsayers.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8725 I've attached a couple of shots from the .skp file. I was able to splay the front sides out a bit and it looks better to me. I'm planning on 2" 703 on the walls and about a 6 degree rising ceiling approx 13' high (703 in front, gypsum in back). Does anyone see any major problems that I might be overlooking? Thanks for your help.

I'd tum the couch around to face the window :-) also I'd check the monitor height to make sure its high enough if you added the angled face on the soffits.
Hey. From what Ive read here, those cocave traps at the back of the room will focus the sound as apposed to diffuse it, which is a bad thing. :cry: Try making them convex like the pic below. Hope that helps. Oz
