Hello Everyone,
I've visited these forums many times in the past, and now it's time for me to start a thread myself. I am about to move back to my home town and open a new studio. I've been looking mostly at industrial spaces and think i may have found one that may fit the bill. So here goes. I think i can afford the space and the build out, but i need help with the design. The space is a 2500 sq foot "industrial condo" the sidwall starts at 16 feet and slopes up to over 20 at the back of the space. There is currently an office and 2 bathrooms(1 finished and 1 that will be finished by the current owner. you can view the space here:

So here's the plan. I would eventually like to have 2 control rooms with a small vocal/iso booth and fairly large tracking space. I'd like to keep the current office space as a lounge, and it'd be nice to still be able to use the garage door for loading in and out. I'd probibly start by building studio a, and once we have the work to require it, we will build studio b. So that's about it, i'm a rookie who's never designed a space before, but i have worked with constructing a space before. I'd like to keep the build for studio A around the $30,000 mark, but if i'm completely insane i can look at it again and probibly find more money from my gear budget.
Thanks in advance for all the help,
Jordan Kjesbo
P.S. I've also attached the PDF file for the space.

Jordan - you'll need to get us some measurements of the space showing the office/bathroom areas, location of doors, xceiling heights etc etc.
cheers
