ok im trying to find out how to get headphone or imput/output jacks say from point a to poit b but how do i do it whith keeping rooms soundproof

You need to setup a patchbay or cable snake with interfaces at each end, then route the cabling between rooms through sealed fittings or boxes, similar to how you run electrical.

ok i thought a patchbay is what i needed soo put a patchbay in each wall and seal it up and i need a patchbay for each soundproofed room ?

That will work. Just sort out what type of connectors you need on each end.
