I hope I did this correctly, this is my space, or soon will be. The wall that seperates the 2 rooms will not be there. I have another sketch with my idea, I will try and get it up.

This is kinda what I was thinking. The small room for the control room and maybe a vocal isolation booth in the corner of the live area. What do you think?
