Greetings, Wondering if anyone has suggestions for leveling/sanding/painting (Battleship Gray) and sealing the concrete floor in the mailing area of my new space. I'm at the point where I need to complete renovations of the mailing space and let the studio hold for a bit... The variations in the floor level in this area aren't that great, but there are a number of spots gouged out, etc. I'd like to have a level, slip free floor to work on, and for my clients to travel over into the studio space. Thanks, Jon :D
Jon, for gouges this is a great product: http://multimedia.mmm.com/mws/mediawebs ... M4COrrrrQ- Fr general purpose small area leveling (up to a 1/4" deep max) use Levelastic - and use the milk - not water - it gives the best bond and finish. You can pick it up at any lumber yard. For finish - exactly what are you looking for? Faux Stone? The ability t pattern? This company has good products - with a fairly wide variety of finishes....... proper prep is critical http://www.dexotex.com/index.php?href=p ... query=0-26 Rod
Rod: Thanks for the resources... I need to have a clean/slip resistant surface that I can paint - Battleship Gray or similar. There are gouges to almost 1" deep and many smaller cracks, etc. Figured to have the floor done once I have the walls for the mailing area built. I pick up my occupancy permit tomorrow... Plans are still in the works... Thanks, Jon

Then check out the dexotex products carefully - they have good looking slip resistant floor finishes. Rod
I'll call them next week sometime to inquire more about what solutions they offer... Jon
