Unfnished basement needs high end studio -best way to fnish?

Hey all. I am building a studio in my unfinished basement, and I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas how to do it. I think I just need a control room and a vocal booth to record R&B pop vocals.. or if there's extra space, what do you think I should do with it??? Below is the space I am working with. What's the best thing to do with this space? And What do you think would be the best way to divide it up? No budget, as a family member will be doing whatever we need.
