wa-HOO!!! Time to get out the graph paper....

I'm wicked excited.... I just wanted to post this. My wife and I just reached a verbal agreement with a seller to buy our first home! We go under contract tomorrow morning, we close on May 28, and we'll be moved in by the end of May. The good news is.... this property has a single-car, detached garage 12x20, that I am going to make into my studio! Can you tell I'm excited! :lol: :shock: 8) So unless there is a hiccup between now and then (ie, the home inspector finds something scary), I'll be picking all of your brains for design help in the next few months. Seems like a good time to learn sketchup.... LOL (even if I will miss my pencil and graph paper)
