New Design - suggestions please

Hello everyone, its been a while since I posted, but it looks like I am finally going to be getting a house to build my studio properly... 8) I've done a sketch of the room in question on the attatchment, the stairs is an open area and I am thinking between the control room and the live room that there would be a line of view between the two and between the iso booth and the lobby/entrance area... This is a third story HUGE attic with vaulted ceilings, so it looks like I will get a very nice sound if I plan this right. From my layout, the black area's are treatement, grey is walls, light grey windows, and I am thinking about raising the floor by putting in a layer and running all cables underneath the floor to not only prevent leakage from downstairs, but also keep things tidy and insulate. anyways... if I forgot to explain anything its caus I gotta get going for now, but let me know idea's on treatment and arrangement please. I am very excited about the whole thing! :) Thanks
