Hi there, I am new to this subject and I have a question- is there a difference in designing a control room and a mixing room with regards to acoustic treatment?- I don't think there is, but I would like to know if everyone agrees.
Look foward to reading your opinions.

Is there a difference between control and mixing room design

The main difference is that a control room requires communication, i.e. windows which a purely mix room doesn't. The windows greatly affect the front wall treatment and speaker placement etc.
