Afternoon guys, been lurking in and out on another username. Here's what i have. I need a better design for a 1 room studio.
Dimensions - 10'x7'x10'
1-13"x24" window.
Enlosed is a Sketchup, very basic since i haven't mastered the program yet. I wouldn't mind one of the masters remaking it to look more complete. Very simple, 1 desk for DAW,pc setup and a pair of Behringer Truth B2031A's. I made it without the door area. If anything else is need please ask.
Regards,
Joe W
Need some help....

depends on your needs. if you check the stickies it has a detailed list of things that help when discussing your design. its a very narrow space but very tall so you could put a lot of trapping overhead. since it is narrow getting a decent RFZ would be tough. check some of John's wall unit designs for ideas on outfitting a small room.
another option is building in some low and angled slat resonators to help guide the sound and help treat the space.
Thx Glenn,
I'll do that, it's mostly going to be a room dedicated to guitar playing/recording. Learn mixing basics etc...
