ANY D.C. STUDIO DESIGNERS??

i am trying to build a studio in d.c. already have the spot; it wasn't up to me, but we have it now. in the ballpark of 2,100 square feet. we're thinking 2 studios ( 1 PTHD and 1 PTLE) and a mastering suite. if that is too expensive, 1 studio and 1 mastering suite and two lounges and a front reception area. please write me here or at [removed] if you have any suggestions. i kinda know where to start... but not at all. any help would be greatly appreciated!

i guess you don't even have to be in d.c. to design this place. it's actually 4,500 square feet including height. any takers? we can pay you. if interested, please let me know.
