7200sqft location w/ 2000 sqft live room

I just came upon this site I thought I would put up a post after reading some of the great response people of sent. Here is what I am including in the build: 2000 sqft live room w/ large control Adr/voice over room w/ separate control room two editing suites (no real sound proof needed) Lounge/ dinette 3 to 4 offices Conference room Reception Video viewing room if room permits The current space is 60x118 feet. The space is wide open except for two sets of bathrooms, one set 9x14 on the northwest corner(on the west wall) and one set that is 9x24 on the southeast (east wall)corner. Entry doors are one on southwall two on north wall. Ceiling height is 13 feet to bottom of joist and continue up to 25 feet. If anyone has any ideas I would love to hear them.

Great space Lanver - love the curved roof trusses ;) any chance of an accurate floor plan - especially showing where those trusses are? cheers john

I started a sketch based on the rough dimensions and the photos but it would definitely benefit from very accurate measurements. you could print out the #1 image and mark it up...
