Need step by step advice on constructing a hanging ceilings

Hi all I'm new to this forum, I hope everyone is doing well. I would like to ask any professional studio builder how to build a hanging ceiling step by step. I understand and make sense of the walls and floating floor but the logic of the ceiling eludes me. if is hanging on coils to the roof, how does it make contact with the surrounding walls. Why not just put another layer of wall as the roof, just seems more cost effective. Also, do you use neoprene at the joins between walls and walls and floors to make it even more soundproof/less vibration? Any reply would be greatly appreciated Thank you :D :D :D
