Hi! Have been lurking for a long time but now need to test the waters here. I hae a fairly accurate representation of the attic in my 100 -year-old home where we intend to begin construction this year. Any suggestions for this space? I'm considering a center control room and two tracking rooms on either side. Just unsure about dimensions, etc. Thanks, Chipal

Perhaps a good place to start would be to have a structural engineer take a look at your place to see if it can support your future studio. Once that's in place, having that peace of mind will be priceless. Looking forward to your build! Aloha 8)
